I this conceptually feasible / correct? [message #1769448] Mon, 31 July 2017 14:17 Go to next message

I may have asked this before , if so, sorry for the dupe.

I like to develop control type application using C++ and being able to debug / test it ( I/O verification) on networked hardware.
The controller hardware chokes using Eclipse.

Can I just put Eclipse workspace to the "remote / networked " hardware as shared resource ?

Using samba for my sharing resources.

I am not saying specific type / types to avoid being referred to other forums, been there done that, no fun.

Thanks
