Hi,

I get part of the input model in my EOL program. I am going to change the name of one part of this and pass it to another tool. I don't want this change occur in the input model. How can I do it?
Should I create another model and save the model with that change to it or Is there a better approach?

Hi,

Changing and then saving the model under a new filename should do the trick.

Cheers,
Dimitris

M.store("/path/to/file.xmi") - where M is the name of the model - should work for file-based models.

Cheers,
Dimitris
