I want to use Eclipse as my IDE

The application I will create requires a DBMS

Tables will be under 3000 records

I want a free SQL DBMS and am looking at MYSQL Community addition and would like to use Eclipse rather than another IDE for the MYSQL

The tables will be updated from a web page and data processed by JAVA

The application will run on a Windows PC

I am new at this and need advise
