I am using eclipse Mars and have discovered that there are many apps listed in eclipse marketplace that I cannot install. This problem is also evident when I try to use the "Install new software" menu item. The basic gist of the problem seems to revolve around resources that cannot be found.

As an example, if I try to install a tool called Actifsource (http://www.actifsource.com/), I will get the following message:

Artifact not found: http://www.actifsource.com/updates/compositeContent.xml.
Artifact not found: http://www.actifsource.com/updates/compositeContent.xml.
http://www.actifsource.com/updates/compositeContent.xml

This is by no means the only application I've tried where I have run into this problem.

I have been able to successfully install some tools, so I don't understand what is going on. Can anyone help?
