In Sketch plugin I see that the alignment and zoom actions are available, how can I configure them in my editor as well?

Alex,

the tool bar is build up by an action bar contributor. The default one that Graphiti provides is DiagramEditorActionBarContributor and you need to set it in your plugin.xml for your editor.
