Unable to open market place, install new plugins,software's, But the browser integrated within ide is working fine.
PLEASE HELP!

Apparently there were server problems that I've been told are fixed now. Hopefully it works for you now too...

Hi,
Setting _JAVA_OPTIONS -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true solved this issue for me.
