Eclipse Tutorial: importing [message #1760684] |

I am a new Eclipse user in a work environment with very few Eclipse users. I have just installed Luna Service Release 2 (4.4.2).
I am trying to run Tutorials from Welcome. I completed "Create a Hello World application." I am trying "Create a Hello World SWT application." The next task is "Import the SWT project." I am supposed to open File > Import... and see "Plug-in Development." It is not there, leading me to suspect that my installation was flawed. If so, how do I correct that?
Here are the choices I have under File > Import: General, CVS, Git, Install, Maven, Run/Debug, Tasks, Team, XML.

First off, thank you very much for the reply. I hope my attachments are available.
I have assumed that my installation yesterday did not include the Examples, and I am trying to perform the Examples installation. At http://help.eclipse.org/luna/nav/2_4, I find two descriptions: one for installing from within Eclipse, and one for installing manually.
The instructions for installing from within Eclipse are shown in the attachment InstallExamplesEclipse.PNG
When I try to follow these instructions, I never reach step 4. When I select "The Eclipse Projects Updates" site, for whatever reason, I get an error that http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.4 cannot be found, (though I can easily go there in a browser.)
But if I add a '/' to the end of the URL, I get the popup shown in the attachment AvailableSoftware4.4slash.PNG.
I am confident that this is not the search field that step 4 is talking about, and I haven't been able to figure what to do to make this popup happy.
Therefore, I try to install the Examples manually. The help page says to go to http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse, as shown in the attachment DownloadEclipseOrgEclipse.PNG.
Here we are presented with many choices, none that I find to correspond obviously to an Examples download, so instead, I click on the "main Eclipse Foundation download site" link shown. It takes me to https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/, and at the bottom of this page, I find a text box as depicted in the attachment AllProjects.PNG.
At this location, I try entering "Eclipse SDK Examples" in the Search box, which takes me to the page shown in attachment EclipseSDKExamples.PNG, where faced with many choices, none obviously relevant to my quest I hang my head in defeat.
