BIRT taking a long time to load fonts when generating first report. [message #1759889]

On a clients server, it takes BIRT around 10 seconds to load the fonts in c:\windows\fonts when generating the first report when our app loads up. After that the fonts no longer need to be loaded. This is causing problems in our workflow.

Any ideas on how to mitigate this?

On my local machine it takes less than a second to load the fonts needed to generate the same report.

Is there a way to load the fonts before hand so that they are already loaded by the BIRT engine by the time report generation is triggered?
