I saw this mentioned in one of the answers, how can I register multiple views for one object type?

Hi Alex,

this article describes this for the TreeMasterDetail: http://eclipsesource.com/blogs/tutorials/emf-forms-view-model-elements/#treemasterdetail .
If you want to get a specific registered view by hand in order to set it yourself during rendering, check out this answer: https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php?t=msg&th=1085262&goto=1758575&#msg_1758575

Cheers,
Eugen
