hi, friends. i want to know if is it possible to work with eclipse android "offline" (without internet connection)?
because its my firts time that install eclipse but i have a problem with it, i cant create android AVD because i cant download ABI type (i dont have internet connection), so i want to know if it is possible to work with eclipse android "offline"?
