I'm a beginner with EPF and I'm working on a method and I want to use some of EPF Practices in my method like iterative development.

please help me

Your question is unclear.
There are basic tutorials in the EPF Composer tool, have you gone through those?
There is more information in the RMC DeveloperWorks community.

If you are trying to understand practices in particular, then I suggest reviewing the "Example Practices Customization: Company ABC", which is essentially a tutorial on practices, as well as "How to architect a method library".

If you want to include EPF Practices in your library, then you may have to use export/import to move plug-ins from one library into the other to create a combined library.
