Subclipse on Ganymede, comparison editor fails most of the time? [message #331464] |

On two different copies of Ganymede I find that the Synchronize "open in
compare editor" fails frequently. The editor is a blank panel. Seems to
work ok for Java, but fails a lot for Javascript (or is that just a
sampling error on my part?).
Anyone else see this? Is it just Javascript?

Is there anything in your log... like an exception coming from the
Compare framework?

Yep, thanks, I opened this bug with the exception and call stack:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=246669
Seems to be caused by JSDT. If anyone has a workaround that would be
great. I can't use Ganymede for commits without compare editor so its
back to tortoiseSVN for now...
