Dragging Tabs - don't work at 4k? (linux) [message #1753895]

Hi all, I recently a got an xps 15, with a 4k display, and discovered that I cannot drag the tabs to new positions if the screen is running at 4k, once I changed the resolution to 1080, the problem went away.

Any thoughts on how to get this working correctly at 4k?

note: the problem occurs regardless of what desktop manager I am using (I tried mint - cinammon, xubuntu-xfce, and ubuntu-unity).
