Hi,

I use BPMN2 modeler and I have created an extension of BPMN; I added decorated elements to BPMN modeler palette.
Know, I'd like to execute the modeled process that include decorated elements.
How can I proceed?

You need to deploy the process file to the engine which is presumably running in some kind of container like Tomcat or wildfly. See your engine's documentation for details on how to do that - they're all slightly different.
If you're using the jBPM embedded engine you can actually just run/debug the process directly from eclipse. See jBPM documentation.
