Greetings. I am a network specialist tasked with deploying Eclipse Neon 2 for multiple student users in a restricted school district enviornment. The student/teacher users are typically not permitted access to the Java environment or can write files to the local computer hard drive in order to ensure multiple users can use the same computers over any given day. My question is, can Eclipse be installed to an application server (Windows 2012 R2) and run as a server-based app for each user invoking it, with the workspace being redirected to their server home share? Thanks for any help offered in advance. Cheers.
