Hi Juergen.
We don't have our own "official" documentation for this API, and I'm not sure yet if the one that we have can be made public at this point (I'm asking around) but I can point you to the header files of the RTS.
Go to the RTS headers folder under
org.eclipse.papyrusrt.rts_0.8.0.YYYYMMDDBBBB/umlrt/include
