My RCPTT test includes changing a JEE application. After a change, I like to verify that the application still can be started without errors in a server runtime. For example in Tomcat.

The output is going to the Console view. How do I get that output?

My first try was something like this:
get-view Console | get-text-viewer | get-property text |show-alert
but text property is always null.

What is the right approach here?

(The tests includes the generation of a JEE application by an Xtext DSL and small changes in that application to test different DSL features).
