Hello OM2M community.

I just wondering whether OM2M support resource mgmtCmd (ty=12) put inside an AE (ty=2). When I tried to PUT a new ty=12 inside an AE with a single "rn" attribute, it showed an error "ResourceType: 12 is not implemented". If there is missing attribute there, OM2M usually outputs something like "xxx is mandatory".
