Situation:
- I start a Java application with Eclipse and let it run
- If I now close Eclipse, Eclipse will automatically kill the running application

I look for a way to start the Java application as normal in Eclipse, but to make it then somehow detached from Eclipse, so Eclipse will not kill it on existing. As long as Eclipse runs, behavior should be normal, e.g. output would show up in the console etc.

Is there an easy way to achieve this?

Regards,
Thomas
