Hi All,
I am trying to install TestNG plugin in Eclipse. But the following error message is displayed :
Problems occurred while performing provisioning operation: Profile id _SELF_ is not registered.

Then I found that no matter what plugin I try to install , the same error message is displayed.

When I try help > Install New Software , I get the following error message:

Cannot complete the request. This installation has not been configured properly for Software Updates.

Eclipse
Version: Neon.1a Release (4.6.1)
Build id: 20161007-1200

Java version "1.8.0_111"

Please let me know how to fix this problem.
