I am changing a set of maven projects over from Netbeans to eclipse. All sources are in a directory decided by our Subversion checkout scripts, and they are edited in those directories by the IDE.

We use Castor and JaxB to generate some sources for us; in Netbeans they cause no problems, but in eclipse the source files that depend on these generated source files cannot find them.

In another environment, I'd be looking for a way to add something to a classpath, but of course using maven we don't do that. Somehow Netbeans, using Maven, is finding them, but eclipse, using Maven, is not. Can anyone suggest what I need to do to have eclipse use these generated files?
