hi,

In my project I extend "org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder.core.buildDefinitions" and I've added a ToolChain and a compiler tool.
this tool inherite of superClass : "cdt.managedbuild.tool.gnu.c.compiler".
In this superClass, there is a compiler options I want to change the default value with an user preference : CDialect.

I've succeed to do that... but it's not persistant, after reboot of Eclipse the default value'll be the CDT default value and not mine !
I'm not really surprised ...

But, there is a way to do that properly ???
