new to eclipse. trying to figure out where the proxy settings for the help system are stored. I have a help.ini file that sets the initial proxy server and port, but can't figure out how to set the "active provider" to manual.

Does anyone know where I might search to find this info? Eclipse MUST store this setting somewhere!
