Child module problem when creating a new IPE plugin [message #1745361]

Hello all,

normally it should work but suddenly today when I create a new IPE plugin, follow here: http://wiki.eclipse.org/OM2M/one/Developer, up to the step "Add the plugin as a maven module to the OM2M parent project", then I run the maven install, but I got this error:

index.php/fa/27331/0/

Does anyone have an idea why this happens?
