Update site for EEF dependency? [message #1745360]

When trying to update Sirius to version 4.1.0 I get the following error:

Missing requirement: Sirius Properties View Runtime UI 4.1.0.201610070935 (org.eclipse.sirius.ui.properties 4.1.0.201610070935) requires 'bundle org.eclipse.eef.properties.ui 2.0.0' but it could not be found

Can you please point me to the update site I need to add in order to resolve this requirement?

For Sirius 4.1.0 you'll need:
* AQL version 5.0.2, available at http://download.eclipse.org/acceleo/updates/releases/3.6/R201610060831
* EEF 1.7.0, available at http://download.eclipse.org/modeling/emft/eef/updates/releases/1.7/R20161005043727
