Hi,

currently we observed a strange thing within Eclipse Neon 4.6.1...

We have configured in the Java Code Formatter our own template and turned on to allow usage of @formatter:off / @formatter:on but it seemed that Eclipse Neon 4.6.1 is simply ignoring this configuration.

// @formatter:off
....
// @formatter:on

The code /comment between them will be formatted...which seemed to be wrong? Someone else observed this behaviour?
