Hi, everyone! So, situation is that:

same code, 2 Eclipse IDE. First result - compile w/o any problems, second - nothing good happens. You can see it by yourself, i attached 2 screens. maximum simple code, for nothing distract your attention.
I haven't change anything in API, no one single class was changed.
Thank you for your versions.
