Location of X-Axis marker in Bubble chart [message #1744333]

I am adding a line marker to the X-Axis of a Bubble chart and I'm noticing that the marker is aligned with the tick mark and not with the location of the bubbles matching the X-Axis value.

Look at the attached image that is having the same issue with the chart dialog. For now I am subtracting 0.5 from the value that I want but that doesn't feel right.
