I am using eclipse environment for a simulation. Getting the below error.

g++: installation problem, cannot exec `D:\ShiftT_8.2.0\mingw\bin\..\libexec\gcc\mingw32\3.4.5\collect2.exe': Invalid argument

I am not aware how to solve this..
Can anyone help me??

Your MinGW installation is bad.

Google for 'install mingw' and follow the instructions. There is a good reason to install MSYS, too.
