[Properties view] Selective customisation possible? [message #1743583] Fri, 16 September 2016 10:46 Go to next message

Hi,

I've no running the new properties view using the default dynamic mappings.

My question is whether it is possible to customise only specific fields. If for example a page is nice except one certain widget can I just exchange this single widget or do I have to implement the whole page? A quite common example is using a select field instead of radio buttons if there are many options.

Thanks for your input.

Axel

Hi Axel,

Not yet but we are working on this.
Have a look to the corresponding bugzilla: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=496061

For the 4.1 version, we will provide a simple mechanism which will help you to copy the existing default rules in your odesign in order that you can customize them.

Best regards,
Mélanie
