Problem to "toggle breakpoints" in my own neon eclipse plugin [message #1743338]

I implemented my own eclipse editor. I can open custom files (*.xsa) with this editor and I can add breakpoint in this kind of file.

In Mars version the plugin works fine. But if I install my plugin in Neon version, the breakpoint stop work. I can´t add breakpoint in xsa file. The menu "toggle breakpoint" was disabled and the command "Ctrl + Shift + B" didn't work too.

If I start my plugin using "Run as -> Eclipse Application" in Neon I can add breakpoint in xsa files. The problem is only when I install this plugin by "Help -> Install New Software".

Is it a kind of bug? Some one can help me? Plz.
