Hi,
in my setup with AJDT+ Maven project, where
project1 is aspect library for project2.
I have a situation when AJDT does not apply aspects when project1 is in eclispe workspace and Aspect Library setting is provided by M2E configurator for AJDT.
When I add this project manually - it works.
It also works when project1 is added by M2E configurator for AJDT and is not in workspace (i.e. is in Maven repository).

I have following plugins:
Eclispe itself: 4.5.2.M20160212-1500
AspectJ Development Tools: 2.2.4.201604061446
Maven Integration for AJDT (Optional): 0.14.0.201506231302
