What is the preferred and recommended way of adding STL supprt to "Eclipse C++ IDE for Arduino 2.0"?

I'm not sure STL is recommended for Arduino at all. Unless someone has contributed an STL library for Arduino you could use the built-in STL variant that gcc has. But I'm not sure how much of the standard C++ libraries is supported in the Arduino run-time.
