Cannot drag typed property in IBD [message #1739980] Sat, 06 August 2016 14:12 Go to next message

Hello, I'm using Papyrus version 2.0.0.201606080854 on Eclipse Neon Release (4.6.0), on Linux if that matters.

In the following BDD
index.php/fa/26705/0/

I used the 'Part Association' (which seems to be the same as the old 'Directed Composition') edge for connecting the bottom Blocks to the top 'Air Compressor' block. This created four typed properties in the 'Air Compressor' block, which is fine.

I later tried to create a new IBD as a child of 'Air Compressor' but I'm not able to make the previously mentioned typed properties appear inside the block (dragging them from the model explorer and dropping inside the block). That's surprising because I'm pretty sure it used to work on old Papyrus (pre-SysML 1.4) versions but I don't really know whether it's a consequence of changes in the SysML specification.

Any help/clarification is greatly appreciated

Hi,

I think you are referring to Impossible to drop an attribute with an Association which has been fixed and will be available in Papyrus Core Neon.2

Neon.2 is planned just before Christmas, see Neon 2

Benoit
