Are there sample projects or How-to's "out there" that can build for an ARM platform using ADT, but NOT using Autotools or CMake? (Google so far is failing me)

I basically want to create a simple "hello world" project, that contains just main.c and toolchain settings.

ADT by default has options for Autotools or CMake, but Autotools particularly adds a lot of other stuff into the project and does fit for keeping it simple.

Thanks!
