Is there a way to get Eclipse to run several tasks/steps with one click/action?

Is this something for a build.xml?

For example:
1. clean/build project_A
2. clean/build project_B
3. export a RuleArchive/.JAR file into project_C
4. run > run as > Java application a .java object in the workspace

Suggestions?
