I don't think that project is very active. The last builds look to be
two years old and the git repositories look stale as well:

when i am trying to install emf refactor in eclipse juno
help>install new software>work with: http://download.eclipse.org/releases/juno
there is error
unable to read repository at http://download.eclipse.org/releases/juno/context.xml

Address already in use: JVM_Bind

Hi

If you select the repo from the pull-down menu you will find a trailing "/".

Juno is seriously old. You really should use something more modern.
