Hi,

I started using Acceleo recently, so I am new. I want to define variable in a template to use it in the same template. I want to read and write to this variable many times in the template. How to define a variable other than using 'let'?

Best regards,
Habtamu

Hi,

There is no way to write into a variable other than its initialization expression, even with a "let". Acceleo expects users to think their generation templates without using such variables. Could you tell us what you are trying to accomplish? we might be able to help on how to do things differently.
