Binding of F3->OpenDeclaration gone from Java editor [message #1734376]

For some reason, my Mars.2 instance on my CentOS box has somehow lost the binding of F3 to "Open Declaration" in the Java editor, a binding that I use quite often.

I've always been confused by what I see in the "Keys" section of the preferences, even though I make use of it a great deal. When I filter for "Open Declaration", I see several entries that are very similar. It looks like this:

I'd like to understand the proper fix for this, before I start hacking around on these settings.
