Problem accessing updates XML [message #1733226]

Part of my project's build script grabs updates to ECLIPSE from the relevant update site by parsing the repository XML. It has worked fine for years but this week it stopped working. The script is trying to access the following URLs unsuccessfully:

http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.8/compositeContent.xml

http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.8/categories/content.xml

http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.8/R-3.8.2-201301310800/content.xml

http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.8/R-3.8.1-201209141540/content.xml

http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.8/R-3.8-201206081200/content.xml

http://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/drops/R20140114142710/repository/content.xml

http://download.eclipse.org/technology/nebula/archives/Q42015/release/content.xml

Can anyone suggest why it has stopped working? The problem has persisted for several days now so I assume it's not a routine outage or update.
