when i opened the eclipse ı took the thıs error

A JAVA RUNTİME ENVİROMENT JRE OR JAVA DEVELOPMENT KİT JDK MUST BE AVAİLABLE İN ORDER TO RUN ECLİPS. NO JAVA VİRTUAL MACHİNE WAS FOUND AFTER SEARCHİNG THE FOLLOWİNG LOCATİONS:
C:/Program files/java/jire1.8.0_73/bin
can anyone help me please..

HI! I 'm new in Eclipse and as I download and install it didn't work, actually I downloaded Java too
but I don't know why any time I run the software, it keeps prompting an error message. Someone can help?
