Environment: Mars.2 and Neon

* Create a table
* In the row's configuration set "Display icon" to false.

--> The icon disappears, but this also prevents any potential problem marker overlays.

Using the overlay for the problem marker seems like a natural technical choice.
On the other hand, if we offer a customer the possibility to switch of the icon, I'm not sure whether he will also want to disable problem markers.

Are any other implementation strategies possible? Desired?
