Hello,

I have a crosstab with a dimension that I want to use to sort on.

In fact this is the default behaviour.

But I have specified a MAP statement for that field such that the value
"N/A" is displayed as "_OTHERS", where leading '_' would lead it to be the last in ASCII ordering.

Unfortunately, when using "data[fieldname]" as key, it sorts based on the real
values (so "N/A"comes at the letter N stage in alphabetic order).

Is there some other keyword to use (maybe "display[fieldname]"?) to
specify the resulting display values as sort key?
