Dear all,

Ubuntu announced the release of its new Long Term Support package, see
https://insights.ubuntu.com/2016/04/20/canonical-unveils-6th-lts-release-of-ubuntu-with-16-04/

The next release of Titan, CRL 113/5 R5A (5.5 pl0) is planned for May; a package for Ubuntu 16.04 will be pre-built and available for download.
Of course anyone interested can also build Titan from source on Ubuntu 16.04 or other platforms.
