Birt 4.3.1 Maximo Report error [message #1729416]

I have a report with 4 parameters and two groups. Report runs, but gets the following error:
The following items have errors:

TableGroup TaskOrder:
+ A report document error occurred when loading: Result Data.
Failed to load value for "null" type column "ae_agency".

I checked and there is no null values in the parameter. Not sure why I am getting the error.
