Birt 3.72 Report Engine Rotate Text with Birt Controls Lib [message #1727665]

Hi All:

Im trying to get the Birt controls lib working under birt 3.7.2
Ive followed the install instructions here:
https://github.com/innoventsolutions/innoventsolutions.github.io/wiki/install_251

It shows up fine in eclipse and im able to add it to a report fine.

Heres the tricky part
we are using birt runner and the birt report engine to generate our reports

ive talked to the our more vetran developers and looked at a lot of forum posts and have found i only needed to put the birt.controls.lib_2.5.2.2.jar file in the ReportEngine\lib folder

When i run the report though, no image is generated. we have other reports w autogenerated images so the system is fully set up to do so.

what could i be missing ?
