Hello,
I am an IoT novice and I am hoping to get guidance from someone: I am trying to bypass AWS and forward sensor data from my Broadcom board to my personal server in the following manner:

1. ASP.NET page to create Thing, attributes, topic and associate the Broadcom board.
2. Create topic in locally installed and listening Mosquitto MQTT.
3. MQTT messages captured and stored in SQL Server db.

Has anyone attempted this?
