Hi all,

I want to change some icons in the help application which is executed by Help > Help Contents. Honestly I do not know how to start this, since I have no experience with building Java-based web applications.

What is the approach to do such a change? Do I need to reimplement the whole org.eclipse.help.webapp bundle? Do I need an application server (like Tomcat) for this?

Thanks for your advice.

For those who are looking for the same solution: custom images can be used by specifying a directory using the org.eclipse.help.base/imagesDirectory preference.

Explained here: http://help.eclipse.org/neon/index.jsp?topic=%2Forg.eclipse.platform.doc.isv%2Fguide%2Fua_help_setup_preferences.htm
