This is a sequence of windows showing me trying to run a one command program.
The special Karel world window is suppose to pop-up and run the code but only a blank app window appears.

Sorry, but what is Karel? Do you refer to this? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karel_(programming_language)

This is the Eclipse forum and we don't know about student projects with such kind of languages. I would rather suggest to search for "Karel Eclipse" in a search engine of your choice to see if you can get support. I came across some videos and other posts that could help.
