I have tried 3 times to install Eclipse using the installer and each time I receive a blocking error.
I have included the error file,
Anyone have any insight into why this keeps happening?

According to the log there doesn't seem to be a general problem with connectivity. I remember that the Java version used
to do the unpacking and signature checking can lead to such problems. I don't remember the details, but using a Java 8
JRE/JDK with the installer should probably work best. Does that change something?
